All that food looks delicious! Except the escargot, I eat escargot, but it doesn't much of a taste to me. Maybe I haven't had good ones yet. Scallops look delicious!

it was so healthy I was afraid I was going to get sick! ya shoulda been there to support me, my friend...then we coulda had some real food! hehehe... thanks, ed, for making the arrangements, and for picking a nice quiet venue so we could hear Luc's great ...

You are right about the food!
Way too healthy! No butter or sour cream on the potatoes, no sauce for the fish. Not a single fried item on the entire menu.

When we did Guy Savoy it was a 4 hour, kazillion course dinner and we ate so much that could barely walk out of the restaurant. How did you even manage to do McD's after? -MW
