When an Italian term about fashion is used in English more than in Italian, that's always a reason of concern...;-)) But I agree on the meaning of "sprezzatura".
Gianni Agnelli was considered an icon when it comes to style and trend-setting in general, and I do enjoy Tom Ford's message as well today (though I tend to dress differently from both men). Fashion and style have to be personal and, most importantly in my opinion, natural -- in this sense I do get the meaning of "sprezzatura" ;-) Cheers.
