Never thought of it that way. This might also explain the high prices plumbers and electricians are earning these days. Doing one of jobs in a non industrialized site and low competition environment. In my native country doctors are complaining that electricians are earning more money than them. Interesting times. Anyway thanks for the new point of view, it made me realize many things.
