Thanks for your encouraging words, Elio. The best thing about TO is being able to share interests and ideas outside of the usual horology continuum. I would love to see all PuristS sharing their other interests because if we apply the same passion to everything we do then I'm sure others will be interested.
The bullroarers are interesting because the women and uninitiated boys were never allowed to see what was making the sound. So to them I can imagine that it really did seem like they had been visited by the spirits and their ancestors.
