Still mulling over buying a gravel bike…test rode two Wiliers this weekend.
After riding both bikes — I will go with the second option if I decide to buy a new bike. I already ride a Wilier — a pure road bike. 
Option 1. Wilier Adlar.
The Adlar is really a trekking bike. Note the flared handlebars for stability. 47 mm tires!
Option 2. Wilier Rave SLR. Performance gravel set-up.
More conventional handlebars. 40 mm tires.

I think ti is perfect for a gravel bike. Nearly indestructible, comfortable, and easy to maintain. I kept mine raw for low maintenance.
