Seeing double ...
I believe it is an exact copy and run by the same conglomerate as the Las Vegas hotel. There is even a resident Cirque du Soleil show that I highly recommend.
Considering the number of visitors and guests at the resort, I was very happy with the service and amenities, particularly the childrens play areas, outdoor minigolf and a fantastic gymnasium with personal instructors. Highly recommended from that perspective.

... my vote goes to traditional Macao too ... . These big luxury complexes are very nice but i can imagine after a couple of days you want to run out ... . Thanks for the post Andrew .. Filip

... and like many things it must have come down to economies of scale and money saved. It was a fun place to stay for 5 days and the kids had a great time exploring. I wouldn't want to stay at the same Venetian in Vegas though - but I would happily visit ...

at the restaurant in the middle of the casino is fantastic. Macau is nice but no where in comparison to the Strip.
