Rocky golf courses...
Reminds me of playing once at GITMO. (Yes, that GITMO) Fairways all dirt and rocks, I had a couple of holes where I managed not to hit my horrible Jackie Mason (Caddyshack 2) slice and somehow hit a rock resulting in my ball caroming 90 degrees off to the side. Talk about an exercise in patience!

To have experienced Iran during the time of the Shah must have been amazing. One thing that hasn’t changed is that Persian rugs are the best…that is something I remember learning and appreciating from a young age.👍🏽
