Just TASTED it...
Again, I do not drink alcohol as am not much of a fan of puking and table spins, yet do take small tastes of things. The Macallans Edition 6 has a really nice FLAVOR that makes it more desirable to my absolutely uneducated palette. Have had the 18 and 15 versions and those are smoother, yet not 'more likable' to my totally amateur flavor buds.
Some alcohol just gets yuk and stays that way. Edition 6 builds in flavor and just before the 'yuk' it subsides as another flavor of yum ??chocolate or ___ ?? builds. Frankly, it's the first alcoholic drink I find surprisingly attractive in flavor, without the yuk 'taking over'.
STRONG finish and nice lingering, reeeeally nice lingering. My Muse insists I smoke a cigar and try more.
Wow, minutes with a nice cigar (2014 Siglo 1), yeah, color me happy. Again, I'm not a seasoned drinker, or 'taster'.

i'll stick with Welch's Concord Grape juice ThankYouVeryMuch. i find the February 2022 bottling to be the best so far this year.
My uncle grows grapes and sells them to Welch’s to make grape jelly….

I've had it with the Montecristo #2. I'm not a cigar smoker per se. I probably have 2 cigars a year. But The No.6 is very special. The alcohol is much too high. 48% is fairly high, I like them in the 40-42% range. The Macallan 18 is definitely much smooth...
I'm almost always Neat. But I can see the benefits of having some ice here.
Maybe one day I'll try it with some ice. A friend poured me a little glass of 17 yesterday. While not as good as 18, it was still very good!

I've never had Bottle #1, but I'm told that's the best. I've had #5, and I actually like #6 more. Very very nice! I hope you're enjoying them in fine Lalique!
