I can remember the days when you called a company for anything
someone answered within a few rings. Now you get a recording and
have to go thru about 69 different prompts to get to who/the department
you want, and some of the time the call is misdirected to someone
you don't want to talk to. And it seems like EVERYONES
"options have recently changed" I don't think so, not every company
is constantly "changing their options". How about this, someone
answers the phone politely, you tell them the reason for your call
and they transfer you to who you need. Ok, rant over, you may all
now go on about your day.
