I was never interested in knives and this forum showed and shared some info on Laguiole knives and I started looking into them.
I got 2 from a specific young person who makes these and considering a 3rd.
I was surprised and impressed what some of the makers can do. What I like is that he does the same as some indies - you can really make your unique piece and follow the process step by step.
