I enjoy writing hand written letters. And I enjoy fine stationary. In Italy, I'm still constantly searching for fine paper stores. And I use all the hotel stationary when I stay at nice hotels. The Japanese hotels have very thin paper, doesn't always work well with wet fountain pens. Yup, perhaps fountain pens are the last bastion for purists...

As for me I keep writing and deliberately do not use my laptop only. 99% of the time I use fountain pens when I write and I enjoy it always as much as looking at my watch instead of reading the time 😉
