Honestly I’m (usually) very polite, so in all seriousness no fingers, provided of course they were also polite😉
But I’m allergic to orders, especially when they make no sense, so I can guarantee you I would have not stepped out of that elevator...If they want to, they can wait for the next one, else I’d tell them to take the stairs and keep fit😉Anyway, please stop ...

Agreed! Two incumbents in an elevator shouldn't force their will on another man. If it were a busy elevator in a big city and he was in a middle floor, the elevator might never be empty.
Easier to find an empty elevator in the top floor or bottom floor.
