Female Vocalists
I was into 10,000 Maniacs for a long time and I burned out a little on Natlie Merchant's voice, or at least on the vocal register common to a lot of 10,000 Maniacs music. I also like Alison Krauss. But I REALLY like Patty Griffin and I bet you would too if you are not already familiar with her. Like Daos, I also enjoy Lucinda Williams.

....Aaron Lewis' voice is so good! Their 'Break the Cycle' album is a definitive must have for any rock lover! Depeche Mode is cool too!
