22% of US millennials have at least one tattoo, but that number increases to 30% for all GenXers who are presently in their forties. If we assume the young men shown in the cartoon are both in their twenties in the picture, it is now statistically more likely today that the gentlemen on the left would have at least one tattoo over the average member of the cohort on the right.
I know, it’s just a funny cartoon. But the way my mind works is just to deconstruct everything 😀
