Seiko

I had my vintage Seiko service two years ago, it is running well but of course because of its age, not the most accurate, the grey sunburst dial is still in very good condition and the lume still works. However, the date day function not working properly....  

. . . says Happy Thanksgiving! Hasn't been worn in years as it's in need of service; slated for my watchmaker's bench in a week or two, hopefully with acceptable results. There's excessive wear in the reverser gears which might not be amenable to repair. ...
