That is a complicated one!
i saw one one those some years ago at a fellow collectors home. He never wore it for the simple reason that it was just too difficult to remember to operate.
Here's another old Seiko that I happen to have in my possession now - it is 20 years old and was one I bought my father in law back when I was courting his daughter, who is now my wife 
I got it only because he wanted something waterproof and had a day and date complication and on my paycheck and very little knowledge of watches then, it was the best I could do.

He passed it back to me last weekend for a service and strap change. That's done now and is keeping good time even before the service, which is the first since new!

They are from the mid-1970s, and although I am sure the movement was designed more for robustness than for refinement, it is a favorite of mine, with a sophisticated group of functions: time, day, date, and chronograph seconds/minutes/hours, and flyback! ...
