No dial on the Credor Minute Repeater or Sonnerie
Everything is shown on the front, as the back of the case assists as the bell. And remember it's a Spring Drive too. I asked why build it on the Spring Drive "engine"?
They looked at me incredulously and said because it is the most accurate, smooth and completely silent. No grinding, whirring and so forth when all you want is a bell-like chime.
There are always things moving on the front side, and it doesn't seem plain when on your wrist. Pictures do not reflect the intensity of this movement's impact on the viewer.
Mostly I was thinking "How much? How many years' paychecks for this fantastic thing?"
Not my photo - I am not sure if this is Sonnerie or Minute Repeater back side
