Seiko will come out with new Urushi Series! Made by the same master. SARD011 (SS, Retrograde date, day, power reserve) SARD012 (PG plated) All are limited production.... Wow.... Ken ...  

Technically, limited series may be a small portion compared to the overall volumn they sell. Still.. I cannot help feel that they have WAY too many limited series..

They make many, many, many watches every year and most models are made many. This URUSHI dial is made by hand and this master can make only 15 per day, so called limited production. Not Limited Edition. The master still makes the first Urushi series and i...

Hi Thats good to know - new series, but also that the two previous models are still being made, if you're prepared to wait. For me I prefer the stainless steel version. Guess its running another variation of the 615R? movement. Cheers JML
