Such is the power of these vintage GMTs! I actually saw another 6542 today - a rare sight, together with a PN. Unfortunately, they are both out of my league. I went with a friend to 'hunt' for these vintage pieces but for now, just an onlooker.

It all depends on what you're looking for. For example, the previous 6542 I owned, now on Patrice's wrist, was much more affordable than this last one, and very lovely, too. you could also start with one of these Chapter Ring, Cornino 1675... They are not...
