Do you know any sexier Rolex than these 2 GMTs?
On the left, the mighty 6542, and on the left, the infamous 1675 Cornino, chapter ring, gilt dial.
To be honest, I literally shivered when I took this picture.
Since I got my beloved 6542, I had only one obsession: To find the good moment to take such a picture.
Both are stunning examples of how captivating a brown dial can be: More complex on the 6542, more uniform on the 1675.
But each of these two has its own personality, due to the lack of the crownguards and to the presence of the bakelite dial on the 6542.
The top of the Vintage Rolex GMTs?
I have the naivety to believe so...
Enjoy!
Best,
Nicolas.
