Hi all, just a quick question around the annual calendar complication in the sky dweller. How long does the annual calendar remain accurate? Specifically, does the watch eventually become obsolete because the annual calendar no longer keeps accurate track... 

correct the date once a year, only at the end of Feb. Rest of the year it keeps track of month and date correctly,

This is after February. It will keep track in all other months having 30 or 31 days. BTW, it is the same with all other ACs I know. Best, Volker

Since the exact same thing happens every 12 months, the mechanics are set for that, and that’s it, with user intervention at the end of February only – seeing as it’s the only month with a variation every 4 years.

I gather this is inquiry about? An annual calendar switches date like any other watch per day. The difference is that the annual calendar has got a programed wheel for the lenght of each month and hence how "long" the date change should be.

"Obsolete" may not be the right word. Watches are simply set again if their moonphase is off. They are not obsolete. Same with annual calendars (at the end of February, as people have said). You are perhaps thinking of perpetual calendars with the year wi...
