Yes, the education itself....
is entirely worthwhile in my opinion. The reason why I didn't continue actively playing was that the school I attended was egregiously old fashioned in allowing next to no choice in what was being learned and played on examinations. That, for the most part, removed the joy of playing from the academic experience itself....

My younger daughter played there once as well. It’s a huge thing for their self confidence.
She won a competition and as a reward played there.
It’s her fourth time at Carnegie. Last year she played Harvard college as well. Very exciting for her.

Piano was always my favorite instrument, I played it intensively for six years from elementary to middle school. Wish I played more nowadays, but at least I've always listened to far more classical and instrumental music than anything else.... Cheers, Fil...

I suffered with piano as well. Didn’t like. Picked up an electric guitar and loved it. But the core of music was already there. So even if my kids don’t want to play / they are playing!

Not sure about breguet. I don’t think I have mental capacity to get into another brand. Esp breguet. It’s so deep… but may be if a right vantage watch turned up I would pull the trigger.
