116520 on leather strap?

 By: Robert65 : June 28th, 2020-14:49

Rubber B nor Everest offers leather for the stainless steel version - only the gold versions. Since mine is the 116520 stainless steel it seems those two companies only offer a rubberized strap. But I'd love to discover if anyone has successfully installe...

You answered my question perfectly!

...that I was waiting for as a present for my son. He isn't a big bracelet fan so I wanted to get him the watch with a leather strap. It turns out that now that he has it he loves the bracelet, but sometimes I think it might be nice to give him an option....

Now that I've looked around I see many after market strap makers

However, the vast majority of the leather strap makers do NOT have a curved end - instead they only offer straight ends - which results in the dreaded 'mail slot' horizonal space between the case and the spring bar. Does this spoil the look (that mail slo...

...but I still don't understand why Rolex offers straps and bracelets for some models and only straps for others...
