The dial is of some concern. Looking at the swiss < T 25 spacing and the index markers. They almost appear to touch. This could be due to the crystal magnification.
This dial appear to have the marking over five indexes (rare version wide swiss) vs over three like the example below which is also gilt 1675 with a 1.6 mil serial.
I don't want to jump to conclusions. If you have a reputable seller they should tell if there are issues.
The second image shows you an early dial from 1965 which has the swiss T < 5 over five index(s)

With such a case number, it is consistent with 1.67. Now your question is excellent.
1967 is transitional. I mean a transitional period between gilt and matte dials. So, I would not be worried with a gilt from 1.67. Best, and welcome here. Nicolas
