Very nice version.
It’s funny because I was checking out the Bucherer blue version of the bronze Tudor. I had initially considered it last year; however, like you, I have an issue with the changing bronze color. So I passed on it. Now I find myself looking again. I wish there was a way to preserve the original bronze shine.

The Bucherer Blue edition imo is one of the most handsome watches around. I was not actively looking for a new watch it just happened. The whole experience was unexpected, different and pure pleasure. Regards, Kurt.
I will be interested to hear how the oxidation of the case evolves and what you think of it.
With your specific dial version, the changing case will give it character. But I don’t know if the blue dial version would look as cool.

That is a handy piece of information. Just for clarification: what sort of size does aluminium foil need to be and does it have to be in contact with the bronze? Kind regards, Kurt.
In my experience, you don't need much aluminum foil and no need for it to touch the bronze.
I just tear off a 4cm square of foil, ball it up, and float it in the denture solution with the watch. Soak the watch for a few hours and it should emerge bright and clean--stubborn spots might require a longer soak. I've tried other techniques in the pas...

I prefer this to the Bucherer Blue. It is more subdued and more maritime. By the way I tried your method of using Polident and an aluminium foil to “de-patina” my silver BB. It works wonders. Thanks!
