Impatience is one thing I suffer from the most. I get an idea in my head and then off I go!!
I also sometimes think I'm too fussy, although I'm not sure that is really a fault. With hindsight I have missed out on a couple of nice watches by thinking too much and asking too many questions. Some of these watches are getting quite old now so there are bound to be compromises - although some of the beauties we are priveleged to see on here convince us otherwise. One thing I do hate though is when the dial lume, hands and pearl are all different colours.
I am getting wiser and more patient, well just a little bit, as I get older. But I am very much a novice with Rolex, have been bitten by the bug, and so am very grateful indeed for this wisdom.

I would put in the same positions # 1 and 2, the watch should turn you on but in the same moment you should judge the seller too. Helpful for those who are approaching this passion but also not to be forgotten by experienced people.
