what are the opinions of keeping the day date ii considering it's being discontinued. is it worth getting 1mm smaller or just keeping bigger version....

Its a great watch but always seems a little out of proportion. The new DD 40 looks great in pics but have yet to see it in the flesh. RG is KILLER and one of my new favorite obsessions along with vintage stone dials. If you can get ou even up and you like...
