I am sure Rolex knew about this but nothing has been done to cut their supply. I know many AD in HK, they insist they are selling all the "hot" Rolex at market place, never the RRP. They all claimed they are right. So what would I do, I go to a grey market seller and since everyone are selling at market price, I have a full collection to choose from. This practice is driving so many people away from the brand, but having a Rolex to many in Asia is better than any other brands so we will have to buy at over inflated price. Nothing we could do about it. One AD told me I have to be a VIP and office will check whether I am a keeper or flipper, then I simply ask him, if I am approved, what is the price I paid for a Daytona, his answer - Market Price, go to hell I said...
