Yes, I have often experienced those slight changes even at different altitudes, when I was diving more, or when I was wearing them at night (yes, I use to do so)... I confess that such behaviours are among the things that I most like of analogical watches, they are not perfect, they are alive!
I suppose that it will get lazier and lazier as long as I will leave it on the arm movement for charging only. In fact, I'm winding it only after a month or so, when I really start to get late at the appointments!

Definitely COSC. I always prefer a watch to gain rather than lose any time. It's a fetish! Have you experimented with your watch's positions for resting it at night? Not always but often resting a watch dial up or dial down will allow a watch to gain slig...
