I would say that you movement is in superb shape. I could not regulate it to better accuracy than that.

Definitely COSC. I always prefer a watch to gain rather than lose any time. It's a fetish! Have you experimented with your watch's positions for resting it at night? Not always but often resting a watch dial up or dial down will allow a watch to gain slig...

Yes, I have often experienced those slight changes even at different altitudes, when I was diving more, or when I was wearing them at night (yes, I use to do so)... I confess that such behaviours are among the things that I most like of analogical watches...
