Never seen one without the plots. And the dial is telling you there should be lume on there right?

Have you got better pictures? I wonder if you can see traces of the plots. It’s obviously not unusual for some to flake / fall off and so perhaps someone decided to remove them. All speculation of course. There are very few of these dials, and in the 70/8...
