Thank you Bill. Another observation is that the minute / second track on the lume example is in whole increments while mine has the additional smaller hashes for the halves.
What I do not understand is how this logo came to be on this dial, since the dominos logo pieces are otherwise consistent.
One explanation I came up with is that perhaps it was a sample sent to dominos so that they could decide on a dial design for the program. I would need information to confirm or refute this.
