If anybody could not repair or service a 1675, there would be a lot for sale at a ridiculously low price.
This is not the case.
The 1675 has been in production for 20 years, so many were made that you have, always, the possibility to find the parts to service / repair it.
Most complicated, but not impossible, is to find the dial, if you ruin it.
Here, I mean a gilt dial, and or a chapter ring one.
Buy a 1675 in good condition, service it, check that it is water resistant ( not to swim with, but to avoid any corrosion of gthe case, movement and dial ) and you'll be happy for years and years.
Best,
Nicolas;
