Rolex ref 6105 versus 5031 Big bubbleback (Pre Modern Datejust)
There are some Differences between the Rolex 6105 versus 5031 in terms of Case shape.
The Rolex 6105 has a curve inner lugs while the Rolex 5031 has a straight lugs as below:
