I am not sure why, but I have had a lot of questions about the 1665 Rail Dial over the last two weeks. I have found my original review of this watch and attach the link below...
For sure this is one of my favourite Rolex references....probably THE favourite and for so many reasons. Its looks, its place not only in Rolex history but also diving history and not least because of my fascination with the development of that history.

rather than on its original bracelet and I must admit I was loving my 1665 rail dial too but... I was not feeling comfortable with it, most probably due to my chicken's wrist size; since then I am happy with my 5513 maxi which is better adapted to my wris...
