I mean... We had digital countdown timers where everyone was looking at the same reference. Nobody needed to "sync" their watches. And the crew of sailors work together to make sure that the boat crosses the start line as soon as the race starts.

for that informative explanation!!! On my powerboat I rely mostly on my PO Chrono because I can time two events simultaneously for instance over all trip time and elapsed time from last refueling. Thank you again⛵️⛵️⛵️

I read somewhere that Rolex filed a new patent for an updated mechanism. Will be interesting to see.

It’s complication is fascinating and useful for specific use in sailboat races, but unfortunately I think it is a wrong watch because it is too thick. The complication of the Sky Dweller is also fascinating, but again, Rolex got it wrong because the watch...
