It's all about marketing, the major brands are very good at it... I'm really glad that Rolex created this unique GMT for us lefties

I wear watches always on my right wrist regardless of the design so in my mind at least having someone wear this watch on their left wrist is is no more unusual compared to how I wear a watch.... The trouble with the brands IMO is when they start to believe in their own marketing
