Rolex

Information Sought on a potentially unique Domino's Pizza Dial Ref: 5500.

First, greetings and thanks to PuristsPro for providing a plethora of information and enjoyment.  I would like to reach out to the community for information about a watch that I own, which is pictured below.

I am aware that Rolex has produced a number of different logo dials, and that Domino's Pizza may be the most common logo-dialed Rolex.  Various Air-King references, including this 5500 references are known to exist, although most are newer (this is a 4.0 million serial), and ALL are silver dial with plain stick markers.

This piece has a white dial with high-contrast black painted stick faces, and double line 3, 6, 9.  The dial has turned ivroy to beige, but started as white.  The piece was just serviced by RSC, so I am confident about its authenticity and originality.

My question is:  Has anyone every seen a Domino's Logo Dial Rolex in a configuration other than silver dial?  If so, what have those dials been?
Also: What is the oldest Domino's Rolex anyone has ever seen?

Thank you all in advance!
