THAT is one of the references I am desperately hunting, the Tudor 7922 small crown ( a big crown would also make my day, of course! ) : The tags are great, the papers, well, if they are blank, a bit less, but the watch is top. That was one of the rare one...  

It Seems that Philips auction know how to play the game and built the hype and or invite the right groups. Sure Christie's 18 million in sales but not as broad on the upside bids. Bill

Have one Tudor Rose, 7922, so beautiful. I got it in a ponshop in Vegas, unfortunately I lost it in a really bad deal and now I miss it. Great piece. Some day I\'m going to get it, again. Regards Alex

The thing is that with the Tudor (as part of a deal), I also lost a Tudor rose diver just like this and now you can get it for no less than 7000 usd ...
