I have very mixed feelings about these two but let me explain you why
As you know Romain Rea is now in charge of Antiquorum. At Antiquorum, it can be a hit or miss when you buy something. Unaffordable are we talking about 40000-60000$ or more??? (I am just curious to know)
The watch is powered by a valjoux 235, one of the most common movements at that time and which wasn't finished in the same way than were some other handwound chrono calibres.
Compared to the grey dial version, they are indeed much rarer but unfindable I think is a little bit exagerated. I wonder to know how many black dialed Tudor Monte Carlos were produced back then.
Rarer, much rarer than any Rolex Paul Newman: Tudor 7931 and 7932 Black Dial.

I remember reading someone getting a Zenith A386 at a steal. The owner of that shop (perhaps not even a watch shop, I suppose) knew nothing about the watch, and sold it at a ridiculous price. Wish you the same luck. 😉
