.... while the blue is starting to look like clear blue sky About the insert still glowing, i am very surprised, are you really sure about it... Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but in this case maybe "glowing is in the eye of the beholder" ... Lol..... 

After the GTG and several beers, I was not too confident about my capacities, so I preferred to let people check for me, and they confirmed me that the insert was indeed glowing! Now, it looks like a totally different watch. Best, Nicolas.

...and Dr Strong. A naive sounding question: Why are these things called Bakelite? Was Bakelite ever used for bezel production? Or is it just a misnomer for acrylic? As for the watch...not 100% convinced...perhaps it's just the photos but the numbers look... 

I should check that, indeed, to see if it was a acrylic, vynil, bakelite or whatsoever... I would say that it is the same than on the FF Bezels. It is just the photos, Ben, the numbers almost match with the color of the indexes. Sadly the indexes don't gl...
