...and Dr Strong. A naive sounding question: Why are these things called Bakelite? Was Bakelite ever used for bezel production? Or is it just a misnomer for acrylic? As for the watch...not 100% convinced...perhaps it's just the photos but the numbers look...

1) you're enjoying the watch more with the new bezel 2) original 'bakelite' bezels are unobtanium... 3) the watch is able to be returned to original state. 4) it looks great Where is this dilemma?
