Maybe not considered vintage, but here are some shots of my latest. It has been some time before I got it, but now I finally have everything complete. The watch is a 16800 with Oman police logo on the matte dial(8 mil serial). The watch came with Oman box...

I have been following a number of posts here and else where recently regarding Middle Eastern presentation watches and they have really peaked my interest. Your Oman Police 16800 is a real stand out. The presentation box and accessories make it a package ... 

. . . with the seal of the company on the dial, which was issued to an employee for five years of service. I wonder what they issue for ten years ;-) . . .

That dial is just lovely and in such good condition. You must be pretty pleased at the set.

Unfortunately there is not a real story behind the watch. Usually these watches are gifts for special services or exchange programs. I can only assume it is the same for this one. Again thanks for all the comments.
