Hi E. I moved out of the northeast
about 5 years ago, but one of my daughters and her husband are now looking near Philly because she took a job there. Her husband is originally from Ambler. They are house hunting and my wife and I may buy something as well so we can see our grandchild. I’ll spend 4 or 5 months up there and the rest in the south.

If you never warmed up to it - then right decision
to let it go, especially when prices went up to let you get and focus on the pieces you really want and enjoy. A true sign you went with what you love and not hype.

Took some interest out of this hobby for me... I went to the Patek salon in Paris, was allowed in but no sales staff would attend to me as I did not make a reservation. However Maxence showed great hospitality across the street at the ALS boutique.
