Rolex

Hey Bill.....

 

This little baby is just over 12 years old and never been serviced sad
It was my second Rolex and has had quite the traumatic life so I have always felt it needed this to put all the memories in the past......when I picked it up the shop assistant scratched the strap sizing it, she has since gone and is the reason I only let my dealer Steven size anything for me, he is superb.  They had their in house watch guy re-finish the strap which was appaling and felt like sandpaper so in the end they replaced the strap. During a bezel change (I originally bought her on a black bezel) the lugs were scratched to s**t and at somepoint the rotation of the bezel had a fault but I wasn't about to take it anywhere incase more damage occured.
So as you can imagine I was very nervous sending it in for a full service even though I had only ever heard good things about it.......and I have to say they have done a PHENOMINAL job and if anybody can pass my thanks back to the Rolex service team then please do.
The watch is literally better than new and I truly feel I have finally done her justice for the pleasure she has given me.....any lady appreciates a full spa, yes..?
