What do you mean by hands and bezel are not original. They appear to be original service replacements from Rolex. Today people are selling period correct bezels at $500-1500 and original tritium hands also cost over $1000. So yes there is a fair adjustment to the price vs all period correct. If the adjustment falls with the range of the cost to replace the parts then a fair assessment.
The bottom line is willing buyer and willing seller. The watch looks great for its age and should easily find a fair price in the midrange of the market.

Seemingly a 5513 from 1983-1985 if all parts except bezel and hands are contemporary. Bezel seems from some 14060 from around 1995 and the hands are likely superluminova replacement (as Bill says). I know that because of the many original replacement part...
