Great story
I started to snorkel before I knew how to swim a bit crazy in hindsight but anyway, I always had a dive knife of some sort strapped to my leg that was my joy and pride. To my chagrin here you can't carry anything serious, they even confiscated my doxa knife at customs. Anyway, if I'm on the menu give me a weapon, I still feel naked going underwater without a blade.

I love dive watches too. They're the perfect companion for your adventures, not only in the ocean. Hopefully I won't run into any sharks anytime soon though 😅

They do come up to the waters close to the shore. GWs love to hunt where there are seals, and seals love to hang out near the shores too.
