on your 20 years of service! I completed my 25 years of service a month ago and unfortunately did not even receive a Rolex catalogue from my employer! 
I think as voiced by many, your employer has good tastes. I am not a Rolex man myself but the blue dial is sublime and is a watch that will last the test of time.

I actually find this very attractive and nice. Received this from my employer after 20 years of slogging. I have to say, they were nice in picking this one out. Second day on the wrist and I'll say I'm very pleasantly surprised at how this looks and wears...

Best of two in one. As for e Rolex, it certainly feels built to last, and while I wasn't a fan of this particular model, I am fast becoming a convert.
