I sold the Day Date in 36 mm about 10 years ago. The Day Date 40 brought many improvements (movement, proportions of the case, bracelet) but I confess I should have kept the smaller version, too. Best Thomas ...

you just have to take a chance. At least if you are 100 percent sure emotionally and nothing else stands in the way of the decision (e.g. financial limits). And as you know there are always new good opportunities. You just have to keep your eyes open. So ... 

Green dial with Roman numerals looks 👍

I also like this version with the Roman numerals best. The only disadvantage: the dial is more difficult to read in the dark.

I own both RG and WG olive green dial but I use the WG only as I find it very versatile and low key as a daily.

I tried both. And although I am definitely not against RG (anymore), I agree with your, that the WG with green dial here works better. Best Thomas
