An observation about the new Pepsi 126710 BLRO
After having this in my possession for a couple days, I must say that I would be very surprised if Rolex made a Coke model. The blue on the bezel is a very deep dark blue that looks nearly black (coke-like) in dim light. (See 2nd photo below). It is only in the bright sunshine does it look very (Royal) blue.
Personally, I like this more subtle coloring, especially having been a long time Coke owner (30 years). But I am thinking that a red/black Coke would be so close in look to the Pepsi it would really not make sense to produce it. (The early ceramic Pepsis are a different story because the coloring was more pink/purple, but this is my observation about the current bezel color scheme.) Again, to be clear, I like it.

The colors of the bezel on the current production are infinitely better than when that model came out
I couldn’t stand the “bubble gum” tones of the original model, and I am quite happy that Rolex corrected them by going for darker hues. It’s an extremely attractive watch, and the only one I would get in the entire Professional line at present.
