If the tease does not upset the people coming into the shop, dreaming they hit the timing jackpot, fair play to the dealer.
If someone from Rolex is reading (or is otherwise aware of this, which is most likely the case), they better make sure to turn these ADs into former ADs at the speed of light...
These unethical practices seem more and more common, especially in certain regions, and Rolex has to understand that its (global) reputation is also at stake if don't try to put an end to them ;-) Thanks for sharing.

You would think Rolex would use secret shoppers to weed this practice out.
I walked into an AD in Asia the other week and was told I can get a BNIB SS sports at a premium price from a 3rd party less than 10km away with the AD stamp on the papers - this was all told to me without a hint of embarrassment

I found all this. but need to pair up with this. Pepsi & Batman=champagne dial Cellini. Submariner=Tudor Daytona=Cellini and Day-Date. Or if you buy Daytona with Rainbow gems=You can get anything on the above list. LOL. .....
